"Dr. Sachdev and team went above and beyond to assist me on my journey on freezing my eggs. After extensive research I knew she was the individual I wanted to go through this process with. I was so grateful to know she was moving her practice from Newport Beach to Aliso Viejo which made the process much easier. She is very honest and upfront which I like in a medical provider, I didn't want anything "sugar coated" especially since I am a 35-year-old single woman who would love to have a child in the near future. Yes, is the process giving yourself shots daily difficult? ABSOLUTELY! But I found ways to cope with it and came out more successful than I could ever imagine regarding the number of eggs she was able to retrieve. I cannot recommend Dr. Sachdev and her team enough to all my family and friends who need a fertility specialist. She really is the best of the best!"

I am very thankful for Dr. S and her team throughout my egg freezing journey. For many including myself, this is a major life event and the team was professional, comforting, educational, responsive, transparent, and kind. Throughout the two weeks of stimulation, the team evaluated my levels and egg development, and would alter my medication dosage as needed. On the day of surgery, we successfully retrieved 19 eggs, 16 of which were mature and healthy. At no point in the journey did I feel unsafe or unsure. Thank you Dr.S for everything!

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience working with Dr. Nidhee Sachdev at South Coast Fertility. From the moment we walked into her new clinic, we felt welcomed. The space is warm and inviting, and the entire staff is professional, kind, and incredibly easy to work with. Scheduling was always smooth, and the whole team made what could have been a stressful journey feel manageable and supportive.

Dr. Sachdev herself is truly exceptional. She is patient, deeply knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping her patients grow their families. She took the time to walk us through the entire testing process, explain all of our options, and help us understand what to expect. Even though we ended up getting pregnant naturally before beginning our first treatment cycle, Dr. Sachdev continued to support us, offering early guidance and helpful referrals to ensure we were set up for success in our next steps.

We can’t recommend Dr. Sachdev highly enough to anyone considering fertility support.

Dr. Sachdev is the most amazing Dr. My husband and I have had the best IVF experience with her. She and her staff are so caring and are always there when you need them. I appreciate how she's kind and gentle, but also realistic and straightforward - the perfect balance. She holds space for you during the entire IVF process.

Dr. Sachdev is the most skilled and compassionate doctor I have ever come across. She treats each patient in a Personalized manner and brings a boutique touch to care which is so uncommon. She helps decrease anxiety and assures you that you are in great hands. Her impeccable approach to your care allows you to trust her - and she has wonderful results!

We went to Dr.Savhdev when she was at her other clinic, we cannot say enough great things about our experience. My partner and I were blessed with a beautiful baby girl after one round. Our journey was faster than most however Dr. Sachdev was so kind and attentive throughout the whole process. When we are ready for number 2 we will be returning to our favorite doctor.

Our experience was so nice and welcoming, great compassion and bedside manner from the whole staff. I’m also hard stick for blood and the nurse I’d a phenomenal job on the first try and was very nice. Dr Nidhee Sachdev was very knowledgeable and extremely understanding of my situation and made us feel safe and she was honest with us.
